Useless - perhaps i should put up a banner also !!

Contacted Cell C in January 2015 to check on the expiry of a contract and subsequently cancel it. To my surprise they told me that it was already renewed and phone delivered, wow, to someone and some address i have no clue about.<br> <br> Then get asked for an affidavit and ID copy, which i sent, and promised feedback in 2 days, two weeks later nothing. Call the call centre and they are clueless cannot help, and no way one can speak to the ***** dept, so am stuck now. Cell C, you have these amazing marketing campaigns but thereafter are useless !!
