Useless, pathetic, useless!!!!!

Five days of begging and pleading with Cell C to fix my non functioning Lte A router, I drive the 50km to the Walk-In Centre to have my firmware updated AND first they have no idea what I’m talking about then once they figure it out THEY SAY THEY CANT BACK UP MY CONFIG, AND WIPE ALL THE CONFIGS OFF MY ROUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CELL C ARE PATHETIC!!!!!!
