Useless Pathetic Service

My Iphone which I received in October/ November 2015 packed up and I took it to Cell C Kolonade on Saturday 2 January 2016 to have it repaired. I asked the Manageress if it would be possible if they could supply met with a loan Iphone while the repairs are carried out. She said she will come back to me. When I did not hear from her, I phoned her yesterday only to find out that she had not done a thing. Her excuse is that she was waiting for someone to give her approval of a loan phone. She could not explain how come she did not send the broken Iphone in the meantime in for repairs. Did she think it is going to be repaired magically while she wait for approval for a loan phone?<br> I left MTN because of bad service. I am locked into a 2year contract with this useless Company. As soon as that contract is over, you will not see me again.
