Useless paper work
I'm surprised with Cell C the way they are operating now. I went to one of their shop at mpumalanga province Highveld mall to do a sim swap for my contract number they tell me to bring an affidavit before they can help me. I've been using this number for more than 10 yrs worse part is a contract under my name. We're fighting the Corona virus by not bringing all this such nonsensical things but they don't see that.

As per the SIM swap policy, the process can only be done if the SIM card was registered under your names and ID number. You will also be required to answer security questions.
