Useless Network company

I wonder why I chose Cell C for Unisa Student data bundles among best networks like vodacom and Telkom Mobile.<br> <br> It contract says it takes 2 working days to activate the bundles upon confirmation of payment, yet it's been 12 days now.<br> <br> To my surprise, we are given the 140 number for help, yet the call centre agents don't know about this thing. We are given an email to send our details for activation, yet I am told that that mailbox is not monitored.<br> <br> I am always reluctant to contact the cell contact centre because they are plain useless.<br> <br> I wonder why is it taking so long for this network company to collapse coz they are simply useless and irrelevant.<br> <br> Instead if improving the service they provide, all they do is to rush to courts for this and that.<br> <br> Shame on you cell c.
