Useless network

What a bad service im getting, last month early i sent an email to request for contact to be canceled... They never called yet i received an email back stating that they cant get hold of me... Then this week Monday I called to inquire when my contract ends and again to request for it to be canceled.... Machine /robot gave me 5th August 2022,i then got transferred for upgrade then i told them I want to cancel, and again asked when is contract ending,consultant told my on 5th aug... A few minutes ago I got a very rude consultant who put me on hold after i declined any retention from her as now she is rudely telling me a different date from the 1 i got on Monday evening.... I want the contract canceled with the initial date i was given
