Useless Network!
Cell c network should stop operating because they are USELESS I LOST my phone yesterday and they arw telling me that I cant do a sim swap because I dnt remember the last 5 numbers I last called seriously?Shouldnt there be a second option???I have used the number for over 10 years and I have app**** with it.When I called customer care they told me I need to do an affidavit stating that the number belings to me n I did that only to find that I cant get assistant Cell C is wack???

06 Jul 2021, 19:41The SIM card is registered under my details the only thing that I CAN NOT Remember the last time I recharged and the last 5 numbers I called. You guys need to be fair how the hell I am supposed to remember the 5 numbers of my head while I lost my phone. You guys are ridiculous. THERE has to be a way out I have been using the number for more then 10 freaking years you trying to tell me just because I can nit remember the stupid security questions I can not get it back??? Seriously now how is that good customer service, I told them I used the number for 10 years and I am sure there is some kinder way that you guys can do for me to get my number back if you guys really want me to get my number back.
