Useless ****mers

Third time I'm doing this I'm so sick and tired how useless is this company I've sent them pop after pop showing I've made the payments and still they don't want to send me a cancelation of contract letter, they have no idea how badly they affecting a persons life due to them messing up a person's credit score and not mention when u email their *** they just ignore u just like their debt collectors u people are *****s and u will be hearing from my lawyer soon if this is not resolved I am sick and tired of this...
