Useless lying cellc and empty promises

They are useless. They mess up from the word go. First the lady that help my father in law to upgrade fill in his 5 answers wrong 3 times then they never unblock it which cause it to be block again. Then when someone else help him they told him they don’t have the color of the phone he wanted, he then phone again to speak to someone else suddenly they had the right color. So he did his upgrade and he receive his statement saying it was a black color. They told him it would take 3-7 days for delivery. He phone them to find out if the phone has been shipped all ready they then told him no its still at the warehouse they will shipped it asap. He then phone this morning cause it was taking forever just so they told him they do not have stock. Why do an upgrade with all that promises and just to not let you know there is no stock. People at cellc must wake up and do their job correctly. People at cellc are useless and lazy. They don’t do what they say will do. I was promise my phone this week and guesse what NO Phone shame on you cellc.
