useless legal department

I have been on the line for 15 minute where a consultant from the contract call centre said they were transferrring me to the legal department. I need to get details for a contract account ********** 7 which i do not know what it is for but its reflecting on my Credit record as overdue.

Your call centre is useless, consultants are not helpful at all. Please can someone contact me on ********** 190 seeing that contacting you is nothing but a waste of time
