Useless is an understatement

2 years trying to have a contract cancelled and a sim swop done. You can not speak to a manager "they will call you" Stupid query logging system in place yet when you call for the 100th time to speak to yet another person who is "sorry for your inconvenience" yet can not fix it and they cant see any previous queries.

Now I get a message saying my number is due for upgrade NEXT YEAR JAN 2025? Who renewed it when I have messages confirming its cancelled?

I have sent complaint emails, logged queries, gone to two different stores in two different provinces and yet my query remains a query number still unresolved.

I wonder if I stopped the debit order how quick I would get a lawyers letter.
