USELESS *********** NETWORK
My device was booked in for repairs on 25/04/2015 and was advised that it takes 21 working days. To date i have not received my device after 6 weeks now. I called today and was advised that the team-leader/manager named Dima in the repairs department will return my call as my enquiry was prioritised, till now no one called!!! This is getting very ridiculous and i am really disgusted by the service i am receiving. I will never recommend CellC to anyone as they are totally *********** and just make empty promises and regret the day i took a contract with them!!! i have already paid R1260.90 and still no damn phone!! WOW unbelievable!!!!
