useless, ***********,frustrating, stupid employees

Ongoing issue with the useless people at cell c, I must have spoken to about 30 people already, nobody can issue me with positive feedback or get the issues resolved. NOBODY CALLS ME BACK, I ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL IN TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY QUERIES! <br> 1st issue: Pending from the 6th of January 2016.I have decided to migrate my cellphone contract to a data contract.The *********** sales consultant told me over a recorded line that I have until midnight that night to use up my current benefits, after the call, my benefits were immediately forfeited.Cell C conveniently cannot get that call recording from the 1st week of January! 2nd issue: I WAS MIGRATED INCORRECTLY! FIRSTLY THE STUPID CELL C CONSULTANT GIVES OUT FALSE INFORMATION, THEN STILL MIGRATES ME TO THE INCORRECT DATA PACKAGE. I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS! I WILL LAY THEFT CHARGES AGAINST CELL C IF MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED WITH THE INCORRECT AMOUNT! I HAVE LOST A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY BY DEALING WITH CELL C- I WANT FULL REIMBUR*****T AND HAVE NO FUTURE DEALINGS WITH THEM! CANCEL ALL MY CONTRACTS, I WILL ALSO CANCEL ALL OUR BUSINESS CONTRACTS WITH CELL C AS WELL. <br> VERY VERY VERY UPSET AND FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER.
