Useless, ***********, Brainless *****s

Account gets paid by debit order every month. My phone gets suspended EVERY MONTH for non payment. Sometimes it takes them as long as two weeks 7to reactivate my service...and then they send the confirmation message at 02:45am. I'm sick and tired of paying for a phone I cannot use due to their incompetence that gets blamed on a "system error" every month. There should be a minus star rating for these idiots.
