Useless FSP

There should be a no-star option for useless FSPs such as these. I have been insured with c-surance I had my cellphone contract with CellC. I have a cellphone claim and these guys are giving me the run arounds, first I'm asked to pay excess, I do that and all of a sudden they I do not have insurance, if not that these so called FSP's reps keep hanging up on me,to make matters worse the reps lack honesty and integrity as they keep lying on behalf of their key individual or so called team leaders The worst part is that they refuse to give me their Ombudsman details, DETAILS ANY INSURED CLIENT HAS THE RIGHT TOO???. Taking your cellphone Insurance out with CellC through C-SURANCE is the worst mistake you'll ever make in your life because the FSP does not follow the fit and proper requirement required by the FSCA!!!!!????
