Useless ***** department part 2...because no one is replying on part 1.

PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS!!! This is affecting my credit profile. No one is replying to my emails of commenting further on my initial complaint.

There has been a ********** debit order setup on my account which i have no knowledge about. I reported this via Cell C's website and got no reply. I contacted their ***** department telephonically and was requested to send and email to their DL. I sent numerous emails to their ***** department and keep getting an automated reply back with a new case number and still no one has contacted me 6 weeks later!!!
