Useless ***** Department
Somebody **********ly opened a Cell C account under my name and it's been a nightmare trying to get Cell C to resolve this issue. Their ***** department does not respond to emails and their call centre agents don't know what they're doing. I'm now forced to negatively affect my credit profile because Cell Cs ***** Department is non-existent. I'm never using or recommending Cell C to anyone ever again.
