Useless ***** and customer service department(CELL C)

I have experienced a nightmare with cell c, their customer service and ***** department is useless. all they know is to keep debiting my account with different amount while I do not have any cell contract or even pre paid number. They told me to send my affidavid , ID copy and bank statement to their ***** department since May and I have not received any feedback or update but they keep debiting my account twice a month on the 15th and 25th. Today 25/06/2022 they debited my account with R4,461.06, my credit record has been impacted negatively and I am not sure if this is their internal staff doing this me or what because I do not understand why am I not getting assistance from their customer service and ***** department . I spoke with following employees with no assistance: Thabiso, R. Lehobo and Sne Majiya . Can someone please assist, I have never been this frustrated in my entire life.
