Useless!!

They don't even deserve 1 star! They are useless. My contract ended, they still deduct money from my account and when I phone the lady was so rude to me, she said my security questions failed, and it is not true. Then I said I will reverse the money, because she is *******ly taking money from my account and again she said they will blacklist me, she did not help at all. I am losing money here, for a phone that is paid off. How can I cancel the Cell C contract now if nobody wants to help me???? I phoned 084 143, option 2 @08:30 this morning.
