Useless excuses from cellc Lephalale

<p>I am due for upgrade on 2 of my cellc contracts, our cellc store does not keep stock for the risk of theft????? what if I would have gone there for the first time today? would I get a phone? dont think so, I have asked cellc Lephalale for the last 3 weeks to prepare themselves for when I come to do my upgrades, its simple, you say to days for phone to arive, have it ready, for three weeks I have reminded cellc lephalale to order my phones and when I eventually get there today, they have stories, again! how difficult can it be to order 2 phones and get them to the store??? Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic!!!!!! </p>
