Useless employers by Cell C Data Canal Walk

I am disgusted and furious to say the least by Cell C CW data service!!!!!!! My daughters phone was ****** last week Friday, Sat morning she filled in the form for blacklisting the lady there told her by Monday it will be blacklisted. 10 days later her phone is STILL not blacklisted!!!!!!! We are needing that ITC number for insurance. I have spoken to different useless people in that store and every time they tell me they will submit the form and it will take 24 - 48hours Are you effing kidding me? Spoke to the manager nothing happens. I now want the CEO to contact me! Today still as I have received zero feedback. I hope they close that store down it can't be run by *********** people. I'm changing to another network provider as soon as this is sorted.
