USELESS - DEBIT ORDER STILL NOT RESOLVED

Case Number *** - Was contacted by Mpho end of Feb find out why my debit order was cancelled by Cell C and never re-activated, I was promised by Mpho he will call me back once the problem has being resolved, still no word,.,...In the mean time I have to pay EFT everymonth as these IDIOTS dont not why my debit order was cancelled or how to re-instate it... please see my long list off case numbers from December for the same problem
