Useless customer services!!

<p>I have never been so appalled with customer service in my life!! My fiance and I went to the Cell c Westgate branch on Sunday. For what feels like the 100th time they had no stock on any of the cellphones - this is after urging us to take a phone that they had on stock. While we were there one of the cashiers threatend to staple a client who came to her with no credit record while another sang at the top of her lungs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upset by the service when then phoned customer care and when transferred to a manager the phone was simply placed on the desk while you could hear two people speaking saying patience in a virtue and laughing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I highly think it time to change our service provider and pulk all 4 of our contracts cause I see no reason to pay for rude, *********** and unhelpful services!!</p>
