Useless Customer service dept

<p>I have constantley phoned CELL C and made a follow up on my account, and have gotten all the employees who are really not capable of dealing with my quiry. They sold me a wife contract only to deducat more than what we upon on the original agreement, even though i called in and asked them to cap about 48hrs after receiving the device.Since April i have been calling in without any help until i recently wrote to Hello Peter, all of a sudden i got calls and a promise to have the account fixed the last time their reperentetative called me was on the 5th of this month and he promised to have the account fixed and will call the following day with the correct amount i am to pay, till this day i am waiting but everyday i get calls from a so called Drake and associates,as according to them i have been handed over and i am supposed to pay for the device not the data, what madness is that? how does a person pay for a device from a packaged contract/ and just yesterday i received a message that i qualify for a 20% discount on my on my account, Pity on the rating there are stars Cell C doesnt even deserve a - rating they should be out of the market useless useless service provider who have no clue how to deal with a customer.</p>
