Useless customer service

Would give no stars. once again when i want to do business with Cell C I am told there is something on my name which is a problem. I have this issue everytime I am dealing with them. they correct it everytime and then someone goes and puts the status back on my name. i would like to know who at Cell C sit and put back this incorrect information or do they not know how to work their system. I have been a loyal customer for years but everytime this happens and then i have to wait until they remove the status then once business is concluded its back to square one. I am sick and tired of the incompetence from this company.
