Useless Customer Service

Called the customer service call center has I have done before. Ask me a couple of questions, and then "sorry sir we can't help you" Telling me one or other ******* that they can't verify me. Then you want to tell me to drive to a store for a query that can be dealt with over the phone, and that to only increase my limit or to add data. Happy to send my account to me every month and more eager to accept my payment, but just do not phone us if you have a query. It was probably to much effort to assist me as it was after 16:00. Absolutely useless! Please close your call center, it is of no help.
