Useless couldn't care less customer service

<p>We live in Midrand in a cell phone signal hole with two cell c contracts. Repeated calls over a few months eventually got a site visit which resulted in the comment that "We're oversubscribed and our system can't handle the volume". </p> <p>We were even sold a wifi LAN contract and router after we were again assured it would work. We had to fight to get it returned and when we complained again about our reception at home we were then told they would happily cancel or contract but we would have to return our handsets. I have never experienced stitch ludicrous non existent service. Cell C are disgusting immoral ingrates who clearly just don't care. Avoid at all costs.....</p>
