Useless company

On the new book of 16 March Cell C has a deal that sais when you upgrade for example to a new S21+ you can add a Samsung Galaxy A31 for only R50 per month. So now when I want to upgrade and im phoning the stores they are telling me the A31 is discontinued and I wont get it anywhere. How do you make a special deal like that and you don't have stock anywhere??????? This is unacceptable

I know that Vodacom does not care about their customers and they have admitted it, but I did not think that CELL C will go the same way. I wanted 2 of the specials (and the specials are every where in the shops) just to look into my Childers eyes and say sorry Cell C is lying and making **** specials.

Still no response on 31 March - no phone call nothing. I emailed head office and also no reply. If this is the way you want to do baseness I will rather go to another cellphone provider
