Useless Company! Awful service! Disappointed and Frustrated!

3 weeks ago I contacted Cell C for my upgrade. The woman on the phone was really helpful up to the point where she failed to mention there was no stock of the device I wanted. For the last 3 weeks it has been back and forward with them trying to find out when stock will arrive. And might I add; all other networks have stock of the iPhone 14 I was wanting. Eventually after 3 weeks of waiting with no contact from them, I call and now change my device to another brand because I’m just tired of waiting. Give all details to another very helpful and knowledgeable lady. Up until she took my address incorrectly after confirming it 4 times. To have the courier company come but can’t deliver because I’m not at the address that’s on their waybill. I then contacted cell c again and all they can do is apologize but guess what… I have to wait another day because the courier have to wait for CELL C to approve and get their ass into gear! I’ve never been so disappointed and frustrated all in one event. I would never recommend this network provider ever! Absolutely useless!
