Useless company

Renewed my contract in October 2020. Cell C sent me a defective handset which I reported under 12 hours later. They took a month to collect the phone and then did nothing about it and have not replaced the phone. They have continued to deduct money from my bank account despite me calling in over 420 times with over 50 emails and over 20 social media posts requesting assistance. It is now January 2021 and they are ignoring my request to provide me with their official complaints procedure. They refuse to contact me and any attempt to contact them ends with them transferring me in an endless loop to consultants who then transfer my call in a further loop before hanging up on me. This is the most pathetic South African company I have ever dealt with and I advise anyone to never deal with Cell C.
