Useless company

Useless company and support.. My wife has been trying for months (September 2021) to get a matter resolved. She has called multiple times. Has sent emails to their complaints and ***** (***) departments. But no repsonse. Spoke to a guy that represents himself as a manager (***) in the contact center. With no response. After being advised to send emails to them.

Can we get assistance to have it resolved.
