Useless company

I regret the day I took an account with cell C. You guys fail to debit my account then want to charge me extra amounts, my statements show I’m owing for September when I clearly Was debited for that month. I’m sitting at the shop and still no help, I’ve sent Facebook messages a million times still no assistance. How useful are your call centre agents??? This is not acceptable, now I must be debited a large sum of money that’s not supposed to be there.
