Useless C=FIBRE Avoid like the plague!!!

I was visited by a consultant Sipho Makhwenkwe from C-Fibre on 18 October selling the new 100MPBs uncapped, unshaped and unthrottled Fibre service from C_Fibre. It was about R300 cheaper than my current uncapped unthrotteled (but shaped) 40MBPs package from Afrihost (which by the way is a fantastic helpful service provider). I did some research and thought it looked like a good deal - I was asked to cancel my Afrihost service so they can please the line (Open Serve) and Sipho guaranteed me uninterrupted internet service as he would install the router (all that was needed) on the day Afrihost released the line - that was today - I called Sipho but his phone had a message saying he is no longer working at Cell-C - his e-mailed bounced - I called the C-Fibre support - ABSOLOUTELY Useless - it takes 30 mins for someone to answer - they found NO record of my application - told me it will take 2 to 3 weeks to install - I asked them to confirm if it was possible to bring me a router early in 1 November so I can at least have no disruptions - a guy called Mohammed (Snr manager) spoke to me and guaranteed me one of 2 people will call me for an appointment before 2 pm - nobody ever called!! PLEASE DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY C-FIBRE - THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SRVICE - you will be better of with the likes of Afrihost
