Useless CellC

To bad Hellopeter does not have a minus 1000 star rating. Cellc is the MOST useless service provider on earth. Cannot make calls, recieve calls, send sms's or use my whatsapp on phone. Manages to get through to the pathetic customer service centre, only for them to tell me to phone my husband so he can answer a security question!!!!!!! What about cannot ****ing phone anybody do you not understand!!!!!!!. Then she tells me to go buy another simcard, rica it and call my husband!!!!!! FFS!!!!!! Pathetic and useless. Now i must walk 6 kilometers to go buy a simcard, rica it, load airtime with money i do not have, to phone my husband, while i have a contract phone WITH airtime, but wait, i cannot use it!!!!!!!! So i am still without a phone i can use. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!
