Useless Cell C service

Since Cell C took over my Glocell contract i have had endless issues. They dont bother to email me my statements, i get billed 2 and 3x the normal amounts i was paying and they dont allocate the free minutes i am supposed to get. Also my carry over free minutes from when i was at Glocell have just vanished. I have phoned the customer call center and a month later the issue is still not resolved.

I suggest a senior manager call me ASAP to sort this issue out as i am ready to tell Cell C to take their contract and shove off. Mark Hydes
