Useless Cell c Legal depart ment

I had a contract that was canceled without my consent with Cell C. They handed me over SSDA, I have paid up the account and cleared it in July 2021 but however, in January they listed me under default listing as claim I own them R580, I have been sending the statement and proof that the account paid up but I never got help whats over from the legal department. I decide to make payment and get over and done with this. I have logged many cases but did not get anyway, I have spoken to Zamaswazi Hlatshwayo, NELISIWE MTHEMBU, and Khanyisile Khuzwayo. case numbers;-*** /***, I called today to follow up I spoke with another agent today she told me that case was closed and payment is not yet allocated. the agent referred me to her team leader and as per my request, she stated that she will escalate the issue and CC me in the email but that did not happen. she dropped the call on me when I request her email address. I have the call recording on my side as I was recording the call. I need this sorted ASAP and my name cleared before I take this matter further
