Useless cell C

July 2022 a *****ulent account was opened in my name. in the same week this happened, I did everything Cell C needed from me. Affidavit, copy of my ID, etc. When my bank account was debited *******ly, I stopped and reversed the transaction. Cell C ***** department cancelled the account but Cell C never cleared it with their creditors.Now I am black listed and have been trying for 3 months to get them to clear my name. I have been in contact with their attorneys, the credit bureau, in store and to no avail nobody can help or resolve the issue. They are absolutely useless and I am super frustrated with cell c. It is now a year later and there is still no change. Cell C do not care and obviously are *********** to assist a victim of *****. I do not know what else to do with such a useless company.
