Useless Cell C, doing what they do best.

I have been trying to cancel my contract that's coming to an end with cell c at the end of the month for the last two weeks now, after holding for a while i go though a like of security questions and when done they say they are putting me through to the cancellation department and then i just here the voice saying the number doesn't exist, what is wrong with you people.
