Useless Cell c call centre and customer service

Cell C is useless!! Ive been trying to get through to the cancellation department for 3 days (it keeps saying the number doesnt exist and, its the number im being given by the customer care) and the number doesn't go through. When calling cellc customer care they refer me to cancellation department and phone just goes dead, its as if they trying to stop me from cancelling. i want to cancel my account and not have anything to do with cell c for the rest of my life
