Useless Cell C
My wife's debit order didnt go through due to technical difficulties on CellC's side.They cut her line!!!. So she manually paid...the ricket scientists can only do the reconection at the END of the month. Its a work line. Work is from home due to Covid. The people she eventually gets to cant escalate the matter. She has important stuff to do!! More disastrous than Covid is dumb management. Mr CEO, anybody in Cell C with some intellect? Please rescue!!

Kindly sort it out. No need for endless communication . She has been with you for 15+ years. I hope you value customers who are only asking for you to not cut lines when the debit order mistake was entirely from Cell C's side.

Anyway, others will be equally useless but after this term I can guarantee you she won't be using Cell C.
We have few kids and mine too...we will never use you guys. People are looking for business, and we are just asking what we paid for and your holy finance guys and top management should be fired!!

Since yesterday and 9 private messages to the CellC guys who respond to Hello Peter. They are a) asked for manual proof of payment as their debit order thing isn't working and that's why they decided to cut the line in the first place, and was sent yesterday b) now they are ' still waiting' for finance c for some reason the guts say they will call me on the Bodacom line to speak to my wife - why dont they just call her on the Cell C line? They assume we are always sitting together? Don't they trust their own network? And the greats in Finance are awaited forever - all they know is mess up an account that was with them for 15+.
Just close shop guys..blame Covid or something...Cell C partnering SA's 4th Industrial Revolution 😀😃🙂🙃😊😇😀..you guys are a joke!!

Finally another rocket scientis called gor my wife on my call. Told her I dont sit with her all the time..have to work.. she said I wanted to be called on this number. Reminded her on contrary I did not.
She was to call my wife on her number 10 minutes later..2 hours ago.
Cell C is useless! You call them coz they messed up.. they dont know what to do. They call any number...still dont know what to do.
After this vintract is over, my wife won't use them ever again.
Bye bye uselessness
