Useless Cell C
I actualy didnt want to give Cell C any stars as they are the unprofesional company and with the lowest standerd of customer service!!!! They are useless, I posted before and I will repeat myself!!!! Worthless!!!!!! Promisse you one thing and give another!!!!! Promissed me a new phone a month ago and then sorry, we dont do that!!!! Realy????? Stay away from cell c peole, stay away!!!! Plus, the give you 2 phones. One doesnt work as it should then almost two months later you are sitting with 1 phone( because they promossed you a new phone a month back) and still have to pay fot both phones???????? ****ing useless

06 Jul 2022, 11:40Can you please send me the voice recording between myself and the agent on the 24th of May 2022, it took place in the morning and don't tell me you cannot find it because one of the agents who phoned me last week told me that they did listen to the recording!!!! I have also requested this from your facebook agents and they are telling me there are no such recording!!!!! you will find it at your GETMORE department!!!!!!!! thank you

07 Jul 2022, 07:56There was no reference number given, just funny when CellC is at fault everything disappears!!!!!!!!!!!! worst service I have ever gotten in 42 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First the "GETmore agent" doesnt know rules and promised me a new phone because the one I received from cell c was faulty and the next thing I hear that it was a lie and she was fired(not my problem) and then suddenly the voice recording disappears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want what I was promised (a new phone) I dont care who pays for it but if a customer service promise something to a customer they must deliver if I am not mistaking or is this the kind of service that promise one thing and do another?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? I will not leave this here, I will give you until tomorrow to give me proper feedback.............. and please no more lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will only hand the phone over to the currier once he show me the new phone that I was promised!!!!!! so you can cancel the repair and get my new phone ready...... and how long will I still wait for the voice recording or did cell c delete it to cover them selves??????????????? And I will only pay for half a service from this month as that is the kind of service I get from you!!!!!!!! I will cancel the debit order and only pay half untill I receive the voice recording or my new phone!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks
