Useless Cell c

I had a contract with Cell C which I requested to be closed in 2021 because the contract had ended and I no longer lived in South Africa. Upon my return to South Africa this year, I found that they had handed me over to their attorneys. Apparently, no one from Cell C could help me, so I was referred to their attorneys. I contacted them making sure to send all the communication between Cell C and myself in 2021. The attorneys came back to me to say that they have sent my case back to Cell C as it shouldn't have come to them. I have been calling Cell C and no one seems to be able to help me with this matter. I have spent hours on the phone looking for help and being sent from one department to the next and no one can help me. It seems that they were very quick and happy to list me and now no one knows how to undo this. I am still listed and I guess I am on my own. Such utter uselessness from a company that feels they can do whatever they want without reprocations.
