useless Cell C

It seems like this is the only platform Cell C responds to, they keep on saying I am in areas yet I have made all the payments and am up to date. Reference no: *** please give me a person who is willing to listen to my story and please let it be a smart person who is not short tempered. I can not be fighting for one thing over and over again. I am not so sure if robing people is your way running business, this is *b...s* and I am tired of it. One moment the boss is no where to be found then you ask a person with net work issues to resolve my matter, the call was cut with that confused woman and with my patience I waited for 2 hrs hoping that it will re connect but it never did. You Cell C people like leaving matters hanging and your way of dodging the reality is saying you have resolve the matter that you haven't. You are disloyal to your customers and yet painting another picture to the public.... I don't have data for 3 months now and you keep on telling me one and the nonsense. I advised the aunty that called me to please contact the branch and speak to the assistant manager (Galleria) because they understand happened the matter but she refused and said that's not gonna help...without even trying she already knew it's not gonna help. You all are useless and pathetic big headed whatever name you can think of. Very disappointing about you service.
