Useless Cell C

Cell C has got to be the most *********** fibre service provider ever. They take your money but when you need service from them they are absolutely useless at getting things sorted. As it is I have paid a whole month for internet I DO NOT HAVE, because Cell C cant get a move order done in less than 4-6 weeks. I am currently in week 5 and still do not have working internet. Phone call after phone call and email after email have lead to NOTHING. Try phoning the call center and you hold on for 30mins and eventually get cut off without even speaking to someone. This is a joke. I have spoken to various other ISP's and they all do move orders within 7 - 10 working days, so why can Cell C not do this for their customers as well? I am getting to the point of seriously considering cancelling my fibre with Cell C.
