Useless Cell C

After several complaints about the money owed it just start adding up to more money owed. My wife logged a complaint because her service was disconnected for non payment but with a credit balance at the end of the month for February 2021. After the complaint was logged the balance changed to a debit balance of more than double the credit balance. The closing balance for February 2021 was - R79.59 Opening balance March 2021 statement 01/02/2021 was -R340.61 without any explanation. Can not get any explanation out of them(Cell C) just disconnect the service.
