Useless Cell C

I thought Vodacom was bad until I got a contract with Cell c! Useless is not even the word, within one year I had to send my wifi router in twice. The first time they seemed to be helpfull but lost my sim card in the process! On the 20 th of Desember 2018 again the router just stoped working! On the 2nd of January 2019 I had the router taken to Cell C Villige mall, they told me the technition was not there but would be in the next morning and they will let me know what was going on. I had to phone them after 2pm the next day to ask what was going on since no one had contacted me, the guy could not even tell me where my router was!!! I desided to let them get their things sorted, so on Monday I phoned again they told me there was something wrong with the settings, so it has been sent for repairs. I then asked them to give me a back up until mine was fixed since I am still paying even though that router has been in repairs more often than in my house! I still have not heared a thing back! I will never recomend you. Disgusted CLIENT!!
