useless cell c

I took out a wifi contract with cell c. The contract is R149.00 a month. End of April i did not get an acc. I get an acc that is due end of May for R2109.00. I phone to query, 'o its an op line'. I asked the lady how many times 'so it will only be R149.00 a month', everytime she said yes. Now they must first listen to the recording of that day. One lady said because i phone just after 8am i will still have a reply the same day. Later the afternoon i phone, the other lady says 48 hours before i will get a reply. A lady phones me just after that to make it a 'top up' contract, what it was supposed to be from the beginning, she says they will phone in 48 to 72 hours????? ***???? I will not pay that extra money. I know what i asked for and that is what i will pay for. After paying that i will also cancel the contract will cell ****!!
