Useless Cell C

I recently discovered that Cell C has been deducting monthly fees for an account I cancelled more than a decade ago. They are asking for proof of cancellation which obviously I no longer have. As a compromise they offered to refund me for one year. Ridiculous! As if they could not see that there was no activity for more than a decade, yet they happily continued to deduct the monthly fee. Best part of the joke? The first call I receive after contacting them is from a call centre agent telling me I am dye for an upgrade!! No wonder this company is reported to be bankrupt - I wonder how many other of their "subscribers" are being ********** like me
