useless call center
I have a contract which expires this month. I have been to your branch. They cannot help my I must phone customer service. I have tried the past week without getting through. The agent say they are going to transfer me to the cancellations department but call cuts of please dial 084143 - The CALLS DOES NOT GO THROUGH!!!!!! I have tried to phone 084143 and the number stays engage. SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT MUST I DO TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT. I NEED TO CANCEL - Call me
