USELESS!!

I tried to login onto cell c website to access my account. I forgot my password so I did 1 attempt with the wrong password. I immediately then select send me a temp password via email which I received. I typed it in, comes back wrong password, type it in again it locks my account. Now cell c call center tells me they can't do jack sht I have to wait and hour call them again and provide them with my temp password so they can reset my password. Why is the request a temp password option on the site if it still locks your account firstly and secondly the agent I spoke to did not understand me so I asked to speak to someone else has put my on silent hold now for over 5 minutes as I am typing this. I need my account unlocked and password reset so I can get my invoice.
